Hi all! I’d like to introduce our brand-new Loop Table Tennis website redesign.
Although I have a strong background in software development and disruptive innovation, I don’t design websites for a living. I definitely spent way more time on this experiment than I had anticipated, ah ah.
But I’m glad I could help Na on this project.
Aside from the flashier user interface, a lot has changed behind the scenes.
I could talk forever about the new hosting environment, the coding, the backup strategies, the artificial-intelligence magic and all sorts of automation tricks that I’ve used to make this happen.
But I’ll spare you the geeky details. After all, we only care about table tennis, right?
In the end, this is just a baseline for improvement. It will certainly evolve over time.
So, please check it out and let us know what you think!
Both Na and I would love to hear from you!
Claudio, interesting talking to you about your VR table tennis. My kids may regret we talked as the may have to let me use their oculus quest.
Ah ah Indeed. Keld. Nothing beats the real thing but Oculus (well.. now Meta) Quest 2 + Eleven Table Tennis (the game/simulator) + Sanlaki paddle adapter are phenomenal in my humble opinion.
technology and VR is taking over the world – Unfortunately it is now becoming the REAL New Reality
In fairness though, airplane pilots have been using flight simulators for decades. Table tennis VR is getting closer and closer. I have no problem with the real new reality ah ah.
